Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team at Kleboe Jardine Ltd. As a key member of our Quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality metrics and plans to drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead quality improvement projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process excellence.
  • Facilitate risk management activities, including FMEAs, to ensure the integrity of our processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical documents, including SOPs and work instructions, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to production and engineering teams on quality-related topics.
  • Participate in internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a regulated industry, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in quality tools and techniques, including statistical process control and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to write and review technical documents, including SOPs and work instructions.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
