English Language Teacher (Non-Residential Fixed Term Summer Contract)

Alpadia Language Schools is seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Language Teacher to join our team for a fixed-term summer contract. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with students from diverse backgrounds and cultures, promoting language development and creativity through immersive experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging language lessons to students aged 8-17, focusing on English language skills and creative arts
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of students with varying language proficiency levels
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on curriculum developments
  • Contribute to the overall success of the summer program by maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere
Requirements:
  • TEFL qualification (essential)
  • First Degree or equivalent (level 6)
  • CELTA, Trinity Cert. TESOL or equivalent
  • DELTA or Dip TESOL (desirable)
  • PGCE in Creative Arts (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage students of diverse ages and backgrounds
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced summer camp environment
