The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Harness Technician to join our busy electrical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of high-performance wiring harnesses and electrical components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manufacture wiring harnesses and sensors using high-specification wire and connectors.
  • Collaborate with our Electrical Supervisor and Engineering team to resolve technical issues and implement improvements.
  • Build and test wiring harnesses from technical drawings.
  • Support the Electrical Supervisor in mentoring Junior Electrical Technicians.

Requirements

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic team player with a strong background in electrical assembly and a keen eye for detail. You should have previous experience in building wiring harness looms from engineering drawings and be skilled in all elements of electrical assembly, including crimping and soldering.

You should be able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Electrical Technician is required, with experience in motorsport being a plus.
