Your Role:

As a Recreation Therapy Worker, you will serve as a crucial member of our interdisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include implementing an established Recreation Therapy Program, which involves carrying out various leisure and recreation therapy programs both within and outside the facility. You will be responsible for organizing program spaces, accompanying residents on outings, and ensuring the seamless execution of activities aimed at enhancing residents' well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and lead Recreation Therapy Programs
  • Organize program spaces and activities
  • Accompany residents on outings
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, supervisors, and therapists to confirm program details and address resident-related concerns

Work Schedule:

This is a relief full-time opportunity with a Monday to Friday day shift position working from 08:30 to 16:30. Once hired into a relief role, employees are eligible to apply for internal postings, including permanent part-time or full-time positions.
