About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Tax Manager and Offshore Trust Specialist to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and advising on all aspects of private client tax and offshore trust matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of private clients, providing comprehensive tax advice and planning services.
  • Specialize in offshore trust structuring, compliance, and advisory services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on complex tax issues.
  • Ensure compliance with UK tax legislation and relevant offshore jurisdictions.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  • Work closely with other departments within the firm to deliver integrated services to clients.
  • Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and ensure clients are informed of any impacts on their tax position.
  • Assist in business development activities, including networking and identifying opportunities for new client engagements.

Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA/CTA/ATT qualified or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in private client tax, with a focus on offshore trusts.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK tax legislation and offshore trust structures.
  • Proactive approach with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Benefits

  • Salary circa £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualification status.
