Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate a team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales growth in our welcoming Starbucks Store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and maintain high standards of store cleanliness and customer service.
  • Assist in the preparation of beverages, maintain store appearance, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to achieve business objectives and develop strategies to improve store performance.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
