### Job Summary

As a Kitchen Team Leader Apprentice at Greene King, you will play a vital role in leading our kitchen team to deliver exceptional service and high-quality food to our customers. You will be responsible for supporting your team, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring every dish meets our high standards.

### Key Responsibilities

* Prepare, cook, and present food that meets our specifications and customer expectations
* Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to guarantee the safety of your team and visitors
* Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence
* Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service to ensure everything runs smoothly

* Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and pull together as a team when needed
* Passion for delivering tasty and well-presented meals to customers each and every time
* Role model to the team by maintaining high standards and ensuring every customer receives the perfect plate

### Apprenticeship Details

* 15-month Senior Production Chef Level 3 Apprenticeship Qualification
* Regular reviews with your Line Manager and apprenticeship Trainer
