About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Adoption Manager to join our expanding IT team at M Group Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing the adoption of Oracle Cloud modules within our organization. This includes overseeing the organizational change management (OCM) strategies and driving the successful implementation and user adoption of the new systems and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive OCM strategies to support the adoption of Oracle Cloud modules.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Design and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the adoption process.
  • Engage with senior leadership, IT teams, and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
  • Work with a network of change managers at a local level to plan and deliver change.
  • Develop and deliver training programs tailored to different user groups to ensure smooth transition and effective use of Oracle Cloud modules.
  • Establish metrics to measure the success of change management initiatives and user adoption rates.
  • Regularly report on progress, challenges, and areas for improvement to senior management.
  • Create and manage detailed change management plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with Project and Programmer Managers to ensure that change is an embedded part of the project approach and deliverables.
  • Create and complete change management assessments, including identifying persistent resistance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in change management, particularly within the context of adopting Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of organizational change management (OCM) methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience working in a services organization, preferably one that grows through acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
