Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice
  • Manage and progress client calls and queries in a timely manner
  • Engage with other parties involved in matters to ensure precise and comprehensive communication
  • Escalate queries where required and manage the acquisition, analysis, exchange, and administration of relevant documentation
  • Manage own cases in accordance with compliance and procedural requirements
  • Financial management of own matters
  • Completion of tasks as allocated by senior fee earners on larger and more complex matters
Essential Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years PQE
  • Proven experience of managing complex cases
  • Experience of corporate support work, including drafting and reviewing contracts and handbooks
  • Handling of complex Employment Tribunal matters through to conclusion
  • Advising owners, senior managers, and HR teams on day-to-day employment and HR matters
  • Marketing and business development activity
