As a Credit Controller, you'll play a vital role in our Central Services team, working closely with our operational divisions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Maximize cash collection by ensuring timely and effective dunning strategies are implemented.
- Collaborate with the Credit Manager to set and achieve cash collection targets.
- Utilize Excel skills, including SUM IF, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables, to analyze and optimize cash flow.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to resolve any issues and ensure prompt payment.
