Exciting Opportunity for a Full or Part-Time Inventory Clerk
GCB Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Inventory Clerk to join our team in a respected independent estate agency. As an Inventory Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential lettings department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough property inspections to prepare initial inventory reports
- Perform mid-term inspections to ensure tenants are maintaining the properties
- Negotiate deposit returns and resolve any disputes
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords
- Assist with general office administration and data entry
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential lettings or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
