Exciting Opportunity for a Full or Part-Time Inventory Clerk

GCB Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Inventory Clerk to join our team in a respected independent estate agency. As an Inventory Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential lettings department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property inspections to prepare initial inventory reports
  • Perform mid-term inspections to ensure tenants are maintaining the properties
  • Negotiate deposit returns and resolve any disputes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords
  • Assist with general office administration and data entry

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in residential lettings or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
