Job Title: Care Quality and Compliance Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Lead to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance within our client's organisation. As the Quality and Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality assurance and compliance processes, as well as overseeing all aspects of regulatory and quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting and Assisting Senior Management: Collaborate with the senior management team to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and framework, and provide guidance and advice on policies and procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain quality assurance processes, and review and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
- Project Management: Support and lead projects to improve quality and compliance, and promote best practice across services.
- Policy Development: Develop and review policies to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Level 5 Health & Social Care or NMC registration.
- Experience: Mental Health Hospital experience and knowledge, with a track record of compliance within the Healthcare sector.
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and framework, and a full UK driving license with access to a car with business insurance.
