Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Clinical Lead to join our team at Health Recruit Network. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and engaging your team to deliver outstanding quality of personalized care and support to residents, enabling them to enjoy later life to the full.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to residents.
- Develop and maintain positive internal and external relationships with stakeholders, including residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Assist the Home/Deputy Manager in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC audits and inspections.
- Recruit, mentor, and appraise staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent care.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Collaborate with the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, Directors, and Nursing team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements:
- Must be a qualified nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
