Personal Tax Manager
Clark Wood - Tax Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a rapidly expanding, leading regional firm of chartered accountants who are looking to add an experienced and driven Personal Tax Manager to the team.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience of working in a solely tax focused role and may be CTA Qualified or ATT Qualified with significant managerial experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful individual to join a well-regarded and forward-thinking firm as a Personal Tax Manager where you will undertake a role with an excellent level of responsibility and autonomy.
- Manage and grow a varied portfolio of personal tax consultancy clients.
- Advise clients on a full range of services including capital gains tax, international tax, property tax, tax returns, trusts & estates, inheritance tax, tax compliance and fee protection insurance.
- Review more complex tax returns and computations.
- Play a key role in networking and marketing activities to win private client tax consultancy work.
- Alongside the Personal Tax Director, create and implement a personal tax business strategy, consulting and drawing upon the expertise of the Board.
- Plan and manage the work being delivered by the Personal Tax division.
- Line manage and develop staff in the personal tax team.
- Demonstrate experience of personal tax advisory.
- Have significant experience in a private client tax team.
- Have strong UK Personal Tax knowledge across a wide range of topics.
