We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and physically capable individual to join our team as a Quality Controller at OA. As a Quality Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and maintaining compliance with company and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular internal audits to identify and address any quality issues or nonconformances.
  • Develop and implement processes for rejected products and materials to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Document and report inspection findings, including any defects or issues identified.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 quality management standards and other relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • High level of attention to detail and ability to identify minor errors or quality issues.
  • Previous quality control experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to lift up to 15kg regularly throughout the day.
