About the Role:

The Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day planning and project control of system builds and system installations at customer sites in the UK and/or abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Liaise with clients to agree on system specifications and project scope, while collaborating with internal functions, including Engineering & Purchasing, and third-party contractors.
  • Communication: Provide regular, accurate daily progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Mitigate risks through detailed planning and consistent application of processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Ensure effective learning feedback and performance improvement.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the deployment of capital equipment, preferably in a manufacturing environment, is essential.
  • Financial Management: Liaise with Finance to prepare and validate budgets, and maintain accurate cost reports and cost-to-complete forecasts.
  • Intellectual Curiosity: Demonstrate a high level of intellectual curiosity and a desire to seek knowledge when required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High intellectual curiosity and a desire to seek knowledge.
