About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Site Services Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a Site Services Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining a range of equipment, including Boilers, Air Filtration Systems, PSSR Systems, FGAS, Refrigeration, and Air Compressors.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Carry out building maintenance, electrical installation, and plant services equipment repairs.
  2. Conduct routine plant services preventative maintenance, including refrigeration, legionella testing, and air compressors.
  3. Carry out legislative testing and inspections.
  4. Supervise plant services installations.
  5. Ensure the close monitoring and control of contractors.
  6. Provide assistance to the maintenance team and emergency callout cover where required.
  7. Comply with Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and Environmental Legislation.

About You

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  1. Engineering skills in electrical or multi-skilled electrical bias.
  2. A formal engineering qualification (minimum NVQ level 3/C&G level 3).
  3. An excellent understanding of site, building, and machinery compliance with health and safety requirements, including PUWER & COSHH.
  4. Knowledge of general building practices, working with water and electrical appliances, and experience of maintaining boilers.
