The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
  • Transfers of equity.
  • Remortgages.
  • Stamp duty procedures.
  • Search reports.
  • Title checking.
  • The regularization of landlord and tenant relationships.
  • Deeds of surrender.
  • Refinancing.
  • Acquisitions and sales of businesses.
  • Utility agreements.

**Key Requirements**

  • 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Extensive knowledge of residential conveyancing.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize workloads.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor at all times.
  • Good customer service skills.
