Production Line Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to support the daily operations of a designated production line within our Production Hall at Hilton Foods.

As a Machine Operator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operating machinery as required to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Ensuring all product/batch is cleared from the end of line prior to the start of the next product/batch to maintain production flow.
  • Having a thorough understanding of product specifications and ensuring that specifications are readily available for reference.
  • Supporting the team in the implementation and improvement of procedures and processes to ensure required standards of work are met.
  • Providing recommendations to the training function for all line operators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Providing positive motivation and guidance to reporting staff to promote a positive and productive work environment.
