Job DescriptionJob Title: Head of Fundraising and Development
Reports to: CEO
Location: Remote with a preference for one day per week in Tunbridge Wells (and more during the onboarding period)
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: ~£46-£51,000 (dependent on experience)
Benefits: Unlimited holiday (with Line Manager's discretion)
Level Water is seeking a strategic thinker to lead the way in achieving significant income growth, playing a critical role in helping to quadruple their impact over the next few years. This exciting appointment will shape and deliver Level Water's fundraising strategy, growing income from a range of sources including community and events, individual giving, corporate, trusts and foundations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to achieve significant income growth
- Build strategic funding partnerships across multiple income streams
- Identify new opportunities and build creative appeals and cases for support
- Lead a team of fundraising professionals to achieve fundraising success
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, corporate partners, and community groups
- Proven track record of achieving step-change within a fundraising team across income streams
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Natural ability to network and build new relationships
- Experience in building strategic funding partnerships across multiple income streams
- Previous track record of achieving fundraising success
