Talent Sourcing Specialist

**Mission 4 Recruitment** is seeking an experienced **Resourcer** to join their growing team. This role would suit someone who has previous experience sourcing candidates and building relationships with existing clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Proactively search for qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms.
• Conduct targeted searches using Boolean logic and keywords to find candidates with the specific skills and experience required for open positions.
• Screen CVs and cover letters to identify candidates who meet the job criteria and qualifications.
• Manage the company's candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Schedule interviews and manage logistics for candidates and interviewers.
• Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling reference checks and offer negotiations.
• Build strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their specific needs, company culture, and ideal candidate profile.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them updated on the progress of the search and providing shortlisted candidates.

**Requirements:**

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong IT skills, including all Microsoft applications.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Previous experience of working to and hitting KPIs.
• Ability to up-sell and cross-sell.
