Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assessing and planning care for preterm and sick infants in collaboration with families and carers
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to promote continuity of care
  • Providing education and support to families and carers to empower them to care for their infants
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
