Job Title: Brands Finance Business Partner

Join our team at Group GTI as a Brands Finance Business Partner, where you will play a key role in supporting the overall finance function and providing insightful reporting to the business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing timely and accurate financial reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and providing proactive support to the finance team and wider business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce insightful financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business strategy
  • Provide proactive support to the finance team and wider business, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve goals
  • Support the delivery of timely and accurate financial reporting, including the production of monthly management accounts and board pack content
Requirements
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and analysis
  • Working towards an accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
