The Role: Assistant Restaurant Manager

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of our restaurant. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to provide outstanding service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations, including staff management, food preparation, and customer service.
  • Develop and mentor your team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure that our high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained throughout the restaurant.
  • Contribute to achieving business goals by driving sales and maximizing profitability.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
