About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our 2024 State Street Global Delivery Middle Office (GDMO) Rotation programme. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the success of State Street and its clients.

What You Will Be Doing

The rotation programme is designed to provide you with a broad and diverse experience, giving you the chance to experience first-hand several distinct roles within the GDMO business area. You will gain professional accreditation through completion of IMC and IOC qualifications and develop your professional network and expand on your quantitative and qualitative skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support global post trade flow, confirmation, settlement for securities, FX and cash products.
  • Be aware of market and industry developments.
  • IBOR & platform accuracy.
  • Middle office oversight (reconciliation, corporate actions, change events).
  • Account Services, fund launches, closures, market opening.
  • Net Asset Value reporting.
  • Benchmark and reasonability checking.
  • Client & third party communications.
Requirements
  • 2.1 Degree in any subject (must have for recent graduates).
  • 1-2 Years' experience in any finance related field.
  • Analytical mind-set, with attention to detail and ability to work to tight timelines.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Flexible and a team-player.
  • High levels of energy, dynamism and commitment.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively.
