    • Recruit, develop, and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
    • Develop and implement effective staff rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient service delivery.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Promote best practice and ensure that services are delivered in accordance with our policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure that services are meeting the required standards.
  • Compliance
    • Ensure that services are delivered in a fully compliant manner, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
    • Develop and implement effective systems to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Relationships
    • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and external agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
    • Liaise with statutory and voluntary partners to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with their requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within a social care environment.
  • Qualifications
    • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Skills
    • Compassionate and understanding with a hands-on approach to delivering high-quality services.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
