Position Overview:
Crone Corkill is seeking a dedicated Paralegal specializing in Employment Law to support our esteemed legal team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist solicitors with various administrative tasks and coordinate with the support team to ensure timely completion of requests.
  • Prepare adviser's certificates and finalize settlement agreements.
  • Manage the printing and scanning of litigation bundles.
  • Liaise with courts, tribunals, insurers, and conciliatory services on behalf of the firm.
  • Perform audio typing and organize meeting room bookings.
  • Monitor solicitors' emails during their absence.
  • Establish and maintain new client records and instructions.
  • Distribute terms of business to clients.
  • Communicate with clients regarding administrative matters, including identification and address verification.
  • Field telephone inquiries and manage the firm's online chat portal for client details.
  • Welcome clients visiting the office for meetings or document submissions.
  • Proofread correspondence drafted by solicitors.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients and relevant third-party debtors.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related discipline.
  • A professional demeanor with a strong focus on client service.
