Chief Financial Officer - International Companies

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Twenty Two Business Support & Development LTD. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a critical role in driving our financial strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Oversee cash management, investments, insurance, performance/completion guarantees, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Coordinate development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets, as well as reporting
  • Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities
  • Comply with national and local regulation and financial requirements in all countries where we operate
  • Work with managers to efficiently develop budget proposals, provide access to project finance information, and ensure contract/grant compliance
  • Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyse internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement
  • Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives
Requirements:
  • At least ten years experience in a leadership role
  • Personal integrity, exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills in English, Spanish, and ideally Portuguese or Italian
  • Advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning, with extensive working networking knowledge with raising capital
  • Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance
