Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the wealth management team and oversee all aspects of operations, including client and portfolio development, regulatory compliance, and financial performance
  • Mentor and develop team members, setting clear goals and objectives and providing regular support and feedback
  • Oversee and optimize the firm's financial performance, strategically guiding the organization to consistently meet or surpass its financial objectives and targets

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, focused on engagement leadership, emotional intelligence, and motivating and guiding others
  • Deep knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management practices, with extensive and proven industry experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of FCA regulations and other relevant financial legislation
  • Possession of professional certifications at a minimum of Level 4, such as the Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA), is highly desirable
