About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven individual to join our sales and design team as a Retail Sales Designer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, creating inspirational kitchen and bedroom designs, and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and create bespoke kitchen and bedroom designs that meet their expectations.
- Promote additional products and services, including financial options and installation, to increase sales and revenue.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales performance.

About You:
- Previous experience working to sales targets in a retail environment is desirable, but not essential.
