Job Description

Heidelberg Materials AG is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical maintenance activities of our plant, ensuring that all electrical systems and equipment are functioning properly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Electrical Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement electrical maintenance plans to ensure that all electrical systems and equipment are properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of electrical maintenance personnel, providing guidance and training to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of all electrical equipment, including motors, generators, and switchgear, to ensure that they are functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all electrical work is performed to the highest quality standards, and that all electrical systems and equipment are properly tested and inspected before being put into service.
  • Safety: Ensure that all electrical work is performed in a safe and controlled environment, and that all electrical personnel are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties safely.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments and personnel to ensure that electrical maintenance activities are properly coordinated and that all electrical systems and equipment are properly maintained and repaired.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment, including motors, generators, and switchgear. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
