As a Cost Estimator, you will engage closely with project leaders, design professionals, engineers, and various stakeholders to facilitate the successful delivery of our construction endeavors. Your meticulous attention to detail, robust analytical capabilities, and comprehensive understanding of construction materials and methodologies will be crucial in managing financial aspects and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cost analysis evaluations and deliver precise quantity takeoffs.
- Develop comprehensive tender documentation, encompassing specifications and bills of quantities.
- Examine construction drawings and specifications to pinpoint potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee project budgets and generate regular financial updates.
- Collaborate with project leaders, design professionals, and engineers to maintain cost efficiency throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Conduct routine site inspections to confirm progress and quantities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cost Estimation, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as a Cost Estimator within the construction sector.
- Thorough knowledge of construction materials, methodologies, and industry regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in industry-standard cost estimation software.
