Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance and support to rectify facilities services and building issues via the maintenance service desk process
  • Support the Facilities Team in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance and services works, project works, and business improvement works
  • Provide facilities support to onsite events and visits
  • Contribute to ground maintenance and seasonal site upkeep, including winter gritting, snow clearance, sign cleaning, and waste management
  • Assist with administration tasks, including raising purchase orders, maintaining risk assessments, and company environmental data
Requirements
  • Educated to GCSE level
  • Knowledge and working capability with MS packages
  • Interest in building facilities management and maintenance schemes
  • Ability to problem solve and multitask
  • Effective communicator, able to adapt style and build strong working relationships internally and externally
