Key Responsibilities- Provide assistance and support to rectify facilities services and building issues via the maintenance service desk process
- Support the Facilities Team in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance and services works, project works, and business improvement works
- Provide facilities support to onsite events and visits
- Contribute to ground maintenance and seasonal site upkeep, including winter gritting, snow clearance, sign cleaning, and waste management
- Assist with administration tasks, including raising purchase orders, maintaining risk assessments, and company environmental data
- Educated to GCSE level
- Knowledge and working capability with MS packages
- Interest in building facilities management and maintenance schemes
- Ability to problem solve and multitask
- Effective communicator, able to adapt style and build strong working relationships internally and externally
- A competitive salary of between £22,800 - £27,800 per annum, dependent on experience and qualification
