Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at the Coach & Horses in Ickenham. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager and contributing to the success of our pub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and mentor your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the General Manager's absence.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and promote a positive image of the pub.
