About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Game Producer to join our team at Pixel United. As a Senior Game Producer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality games on time and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and ongoing operation of our games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the production of games from concept to launch, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with game designers, artists, and developers to create engaging and high-quality game experiences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage and mentor a team of producers to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and report on game performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our game development processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Game Producer or in a similar role, with a track record of delivering high-quality games on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of producers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address game performance issues.
  • Experience with game development tools and technologies, including project management software.
