About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Bank team at Four Seasons Health Care. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work across various Care Homes within a specified region, providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care and services to residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident
  • Conduct thorough assessments and risk evaluations to ensure the safety and well-being of residents
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration and a good understanding of clinical practices
  • Ability to work flexibly and travel to various Care Homes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on residents' lives
