About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Christmas Stylist to join our team at Jo Malone London during our peak trading period. As a Christmas Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building rapport, and exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for our customers
- Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our peak trading period
- Support colleagues in creating a positive and engaging store environment
- Educate customers on product features and benefits
- Adhere to all store and company standards, including health and safety and security protocols
- Assist with visual merchandising changes and stock management
- Follow brand procedures for receiving, checking, and unpacking deliveries
