Job Overview

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Trainer/Assessor in Forklift Maintenance to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment programs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of forklifts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for forklift operators and assessors
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Provide expert guidance and support to trainees and assessors
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored programs

Requirements:

  • Background in motor vehicle mechanics, agricultural mechanics, HGV mechanics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in training and assessment, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
