AEM Architect - Banking

Our client, a leading banking institution, is seeking an experienced AEM Architect to lead the design and implementation of robust Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on Workfront usage to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable, high-performing solutions using AEM Sites and AEM Assets (DAM).
  • Ensure efficient content management workflows, personalization, and data-driven decision-making across the platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and suggest improvements to Workfront configurations, task management, reporting, and project automation.
  • Design and support integrations across Adobe tools to create a unified digital marketing and content management ecosystem.
  • Recommend and implement best practices for data collection, segmentation, and analysis using Adobe Analytics.
  • Support the deployment of personalized experiences through Adobe Target, aligned with client goals.
  • Lead technical discussions and collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Provide strategic input on technology roadmaps, advising on AEM architecture, Adobe stack integrations, and workflow optimizations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience working with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) in an architect or senior development role, with proven experience in both AEM Sites and AEM Assets (DAM).
  • Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, REST APIs, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
