Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of our children and have a strong commitment to supporting students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).

The successful candidate will be an outstanding LSA who sets high expectations and aspirations, is experienced in teaching children with ASC, and is willing to contribute to the school as a whole community and help to improve it.

The children at our school have requested a Learning Support Assistant who is:

  • Kind and understanding
  • Strict but not too strict
  • Fun (but not all the time)
  • Knows when someone needs extra help
