We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Chinese Chef to join our team at Dnata Catering UK Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality regional Chinese cuisine for our airline customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook regional Chinese dishes to the highest standard, adhering to strict quality and food safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless production and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of critical control points, health and safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in food preparation and presentation.
- 5 years of experience cooking Chinese cuisine, preferably in a high-volume production environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Basic level English and communication skills, with the ability to read and execute recipes accurately.
- Right to work in the UK.
