About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Energizer Holdings. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for controlling schedules and services that drive production requirements through our Plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, schedule, and expedite supplier deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Purchase goods and services to meet production requirements.
- Prepare and maintain Plant schedules to optimize production efficiency.
- Prioritize workload (schedules) as specified by order requirements to other departments.
- Monitor and manage stock and inventory policies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Monitor supply chain demands to and from external Energizer warehouses.
- Work closely with the Forecaster to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) for new SKUs.
- Maintain product hierarchy within our SAP system.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure successful implementation of new products.
Requirements
- Flexible and adaptable with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Excel and presentation software.
- Experience with SAP and supply chain management.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
