CNC Turner Position Overview:

Holt Engineering is seeking a talented CNC Turner to become part of our esteemed team within the motorsport sector. The successful applicant will possess a strong background in operating and configuring CNC turning equipment, particularly with Fanuc controls, while demonstrating an ability to adhere to stringent tolerances.

• Configure and operate CNC turning equipment according to technical drawings and engineering requirements
• Ensure optimal machine performance through effective setup maintenance
• Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to meet quality benchmarks
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a tidy workspace
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance production efficiency in the motorsport field

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner in the motorsport industry
• Expertise in the setup and operation of CNC turning machinery
• Familiarity with Fanuc controls and capability to modify programs
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles
• Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in working to precise tolerances
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Compensation & Perks:

• Hourly rate ranging from £14.50 to £17.00
