Job Title: Research Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Manager to join our team at BMG Research. As a Research Manager, you will be responsible for leading research projects from start to finish, managing project teams, and delivering high-quality research to our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in research, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing research projects, including developing questionnaires and topic guides
  • Managing project teams and ensuring the quality of research materials
  • Preparing presentations and reports for clients to a high standard
  • Client servicing and management
  • Reporting results in a clear and concise manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years' experience of leading research projects
  • Ability to manage project teams and the end-to-end research process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, accompanied by good numerical skills
  • A knowledge of society and current affairs
  • An understanding of data and analytical processes
  • A full working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
