The Role

We're seeking a skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our team at The Victoria, a stunning Young's pub in Surbiton. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, working closely with our chefs and kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and drink to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the kitchen team in preparing and cooking food to the highest standards
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
