About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive. As the public face of one of our charities, you will be responsible for engaging with the public and seeking their support through regular monthly direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the public, building trust and rapport to secure donations and lottery sign-ups.
  • Work independently to achieve targets, utilizing effective communication and interpersonal skills to overcome objections and close deals.
  • Represent Charity Link in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to our values and mission.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and stay up-to-date on charity initiatives and campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales or face-to-face sales roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
