Role Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Commercial Surveyor to spearhead our commercial initiatives across various developments in the North West. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the financial aspects of mixed tenure projects, ensuring they are completed successfully and profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maximizing profitability of contracts and managing cash flow effectively.
- Supervising the procurement of subcontractors.
- Contributing to risk management and compliance efforts.
- Resolving conflicts and providing insights on cost engineering and project strategies.

- Significant experience in a similar capacity within the construction industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and account management skills.
- A collaborative spirit and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- A degree qualification is preferred.
- Professional membership of MCIOB or RICS is advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of groundworks, roads, and sewer systems.
- Familiarity with COINs and 4p (viewpoint).
- Experience in mentoring assistant surveyors or trainees.
