Product Owner - Digital Products

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and lead a high-calibre development team to create and continuously develop customer-facing digital products
  • Ensure that every pound of investment is invested wisely by using data-led processes to explore, experiment, prototype, and pretotype
  • Set up and manage agile development practices for the team, including refinement, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
  • Work with the team, CTO, and Head of Product Development to make strategic technology choices
  • Recruit and manage UX/UI designers to create design artefacts in a sustainable fashion
  • Work with agencies, vendors, customers, and stakeholders to ensure initiatives deliver a great end-user experience
Requirements:
  • Practical experience with agile delivery methodologies (Kanban, Scrum)
  • Proven use of structured analysis methods
  • Good working knowledge of interaction design principles, UX design, and graphic design
  • Good working knowledge of one or more modern technology stacks, ideally MERN or Microsoft/React
  • Numerate and familiar with the use of analysis tools, e.g. Basic SQL and data manipulation using some form of programming language
