Pensions Project Manager

**Job Summary**

Faith Recruitment is seeking a skilled Pensions Project Manager to join our client's team in Weybridge. As a Pensions Project Manager, you will be responsible for the project management of group pension and salary sacrifice implementations, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage projects and support colleagues to win new business and increase spend with current clients
* Provide technical expertise for successful delivery
* Take a hands-on approach to project delivery
* Stay up-to-date with pension knowledge
* Deliver exceptional customer care
* Monitor and obtain reports from clients
* Communicate with stakeholders to ensure clear processes and roles
* Proactively respond to problems and solve them efficiently
* Offer guidance and support to less experienced team members
* Become a super user of in-house systems
* Participate in training activities and assist the training team
* Ensure compliance standards are maintained
* Deliver projects within budget and deadlines

**Requirements:**

* Previous project management experience
* Working knowledge of group pensions, auto-enrolment, and salary sacrifice
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Experience with face-to-face client meetings
* Prince II qualification desirable
* Diploma in financial planning desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* Good working knowledge of MS Office
