Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Northwich

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a successful SEN school in Northwich. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, providing individualized attention and care to help them thrive in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with SEND, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring a tailored approach to meet the needs of each student.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a sense of community and respect among students and staff.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement strategies to support students with SEND.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with students with SEND or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • A kind and caring personality, with a passion for supporting students with special needs.
  • Proof of Right to Work in the UK, a fully enhanced DBS certificate, or willingness to process one.
